The Kakatiya Sandbox in India

The Kakatiya Sandbox is an initiative that offers Stanford students opportunities to work directly with NGOs in health, agriculture, water and sanitation, education, or building databases in Nizamabad, Telangana, India during the summer quarter.

The Kakatiya Sandbox serves as a home for NGOs in a variety of fields to experiment and develop programs that are then implemented in neighboring areas. Applying a 'bottom up' approach to building scalable solutions, the Kakatiya Sandbox works to create an effective ecosystem where resources are put to use through entrepreneurship, innovation and sustainability.

Undergraduate and graduate students from all majors and areas of study are invited to apply for this opportunity through the Stanford Off-Campus Learning Opportunities website. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS.
